Subway is an American fast food restaurant chain that mainly sells submarine sandwiches (subs) and salads. It is owned and operated by Doctor’s Associates, Inc. (DAI). Subway is the largest single-brand restaurant chain globally and is the second largest restaurant operator globally after Yum! Brands.

Subway’s mission has scored 2.6 points out of 4.5, which is an average score in our evaluations. The mission includes customers, products and services, markets, concern for survival, philosophy and self-concept but lacks technology, concern for public image and employees components. It doesn’t mention any values used in our evaluation but provides them separately:
